Strength train. Cardio bunnies = lose all the shyt you want to keep and getting nothing back. Limit cardio, hit them weights.
If you spend more than 2 hours a week total doing cardio, you are doing it wrong. Any cardio you do beyond that should be
you just living life(playing soccer or chasing kids around) and not for weight loss.

Nawl... Just balance the cardio with strength training... I would run 6 times a week and maybe do weights once a week... If that much
I was thinking of doing more strength training than cardio though

Exactly where I went wrong... I did no upper body strength training out of fear of "getting big" .... I started crossfit in order to get the muscle mass... 1st injury was a dislocated shoulder

I LOVE my women soft, I really don't like bumping up against or holding muscle and bones:sadcam: ....I'm skinny enough as it is. I mean tone women are great to look at with clothes on, and depending on the shape not to bad with clothes off either.
