I remember it was around July 2013 when I was at my peak with my motivation, I had gone up to squatting 225lbs but for my body type, it's just really hard to see a visible difference. I can gain 20lbs and still wear the same size so when I lose, I really don't get enthusiastic about it. Another thing, as a college student, my grocery bill was just to freakin high, I was literally hungry every hour. But I think I'm gonna give it a go, one more time.
:mjcry:I feel that. Takes a lot of work, though, can't give up. However, that grocery bill shyt is real. It got to the point I started buying peanut butter to eat spoonfuls between meals.
I was shrinking(as far as fat) and eating more food than ever to get that muscle. Try stocking up on dried beans and rice, and peanut butter. Takes a lot of effort,
but damn is it worth it.

But I want to be muscular/toned, she isn't really that :yeshrug:

I mean the semi fit works well for her because of her shape and where her body distributes fat.

Didn't see this part, my bad, thought you was just tryna tighten up a bit, didn't know you tryna get extra fit.

Best thing to do, is cardio, and change ya diet up, gotta go to the gym and lift, not heavy but high reps, low weight, but you must continue to add weight as time progresses, in order to keep getting stronger, while keeping ya reps high, its a process, and once you feel you've gotten to a point that you feel you look good enough, you can just maintain, but at that point you should have already figured out what works for you and what doesn't and just go from there

Nothing better than a woman who works out, especially with weights.

I'm the same way, I can still wear the clothes at 165 that I was wearing at 135 (although they fit a bit snug) but when I looked in the mirror and saw most of the cellulite on the back of my thighs gone, that was enough motivation for me.
