I remember it was around July 2013 when I was at my peak with my motivation, I had gone up to squatting 225lbs but for my body type, it's just really hard to see a visible difference. I can gain 20lbs and still wear the same size so when I lose, I really don't get enthusiastic about it. Another thing, as a college student, my grocery bill was just to freakin high, I was literally hungry every hour. But I think I'm gonna give it a go, one more time.
I feel that. Takes a lot of work, though, can't give up. However, that grocery bill shyt is real. It got to the point I started buying peanut butter to eat spoonfuls between meals.But I want to be muscular/toned, she isn't really that

Well I'll have to see thenworking out gave me bigger hips and my waist got smaller. im pretty sure that chick works out, your body looks way different when your fit.
