Long story short, you need to create a niche fanpage, get a good 5k followers or so, and post really good (images I recommend) content. You are gonna have to pay to play. Anyone that tries to stell you fb is free is lying. paid ads are the way to grow.
Good news is, ist not expensive. I'm getting fans for pennies on the dollar and crazy amounts of engagement for fractions of a cent. You are going to need learn how to target. Go to audience insights tool:

Targeted ads on FB/google/IG are some of cheapest and most effective forms of advertisement, whether you run a multi-million dollar corporation or an amazon store
