I think most people just have the group think mentality
men literally notice physical attributes from a woman first.
It is what we prioritize on a primitive subconscious level. Even down to where we choose women who we think have child-bearing hips. It's hardwired.

No offense but I don’t understand this logic. If you really like her and can see a future with her, why not encourage her to get healthy? It can be something you do together. Or are you afraid that if she loses weight, she probably will upgrade to someone else?
