literally lost 12 pounds in the span of 6 weeks

i usually have my eating window open from 12 to 8, eat 2 big meals, [breakfast and dinner] mix with whey protein shakes, and snacking on almonds
drink nothing but water, tea, and black coffee

mix that with some moderate weightlifting and cardio im feeling good brehs

this is gonna be my lifestyle switch, its been relatively easy for me
i encourage some of you to try it

watch some Hodgetwin fasting advice too to get you properly set up

IF is, like any other diet technique, a coping mechanism for eating in a deficit.

I've yet to see any science that suggests it is any more effective than any other diet.

If it works for your schedule, then all power to you though. Anything that makes cutting easier is a winner.

Do you know what your maintenance caloric intake is or how many calories you're eating in a day right now?

Well, assuming that's accurate and you're tracking EVERYTHING, you've done the hard part. If you want to do IF, just set an 8-10 hour window where you'll consume all of your calories.

Like I said, this isn't a secret bio-hack to extra weight loss. But it does help some people cope with the hunger you have when cutting. Anything or any way that helps you maintain a daily/ weekly caloric deficit is a plus. Just find what works best for you.
