Name another star player in the last 10-15 years who played with less talent around him than Carmelo Anthony.
He had a decent squad in Denver
Lebron and Wade (pre-big3) did more in Cleveland and Miami with less than what he has (and had) with the Knicks
Great player but he needs a leader like Bron had in Wade
Melo led his teams nowhere but he made the wcf with the nuggets. And who was the best player on that team?
But yeah Melo is bernard king that's a fair comparison, I guess

I believe Melo needs a legit Point guard (floor general) and then you will see the best out of him.

Amare wasn't healthy when they got the two seed that was Melo and the vets carrying that team all year. Jr was the second option.

Dirk was in God mode in those playoffs, ain't to many people on history did what he did that year. Dirk was just a better efficient player than Melo. Also with tho Denver teams the bigs, nene, Camby, Kenyon was damn near hurt every year
