I got to the last boss nexus point then my game got erased
Given that the game changes with how you play through it I never went back and finished it
Now ... I say get a party of three fiends and play co-op through Secret of mana in a weekend

Man, you're getting me nostalgic. I'm gonna fire up my SNES and play some Mana and UN Squadron this weekend.

Chrono Cross music is the strongest thing about the game, and its still isn't as good as Trigger alot of the best song from cross are just remixed or sampled theme's from trigger. I can't lie though, I listened to the CC intro theme until I was sick of it.

I meant to just say the soundtrack is better.

Chrono Cross' story is a hot mess :dayum:

Slightly overated, maybe garbage game. I played it last year and saw how dated it was and the combat was too slow. My 20 minutes playtime turned me off of the game. I immediately hopped onto COD afterwards.

I got it on Nintendo DS and thinking of trying it.I never played this as a kid.Too busy playing sports games on Genesis.I wouldn't get any nostalgia off of it so is it still worth it to play it now or is it too old to enjoy?I recently got into rpg games from Fire Emblem and i finished it so i'm fiending for a rpg.

Chrono Trigger is a top 5 rpg.. hell top 3 rpg. It will never be too dated.

The art, the music, the combat system, the story...

GOAT game period. fukking Akira Toriyama designed the characters...that alone puts it above the rest. Not to mention the best soundtrack in any video game ever.

Xenosaga Episode III has the GOAT soundtrack.
