7mile to SE & Uptown!
This thread is straight bullshyt...they have forced all the nikkas out of the city. All of the lil cities that surround the city have now been infiltrated by hood nikkas. Last Summer I went to fireworks in Hazel Park, Romulus and Allen Park and all of them had nikkas acting a slam fool. The inner city is really like a damn waste land these days.

Why would any white person want to mess around with hood bums who have nothing going for them?

I blame black folks for the white flight. I can say that because I once lived in the hood.

Whit flight and gentrification works in cycles. Whites moving to the suburbs while blacks move to the city, slowly it'll reverse. And vice versa in 50 years.

The crazy part is that there are jobs in Southeastern Michigan, just not Detroit. My company is moving out of the Ren Center in 2013, probably to Southfield.

I commute from Ann Arbor so it makes no difference to me.

But Blue Cross Blue Shield recently moved all their jobs out of the suburbs back into the city. But there are still a couple completely empty buildings downtown tho, that shyt trips me out.

And no...white people will never move back to Detroit. It'll take someone buying up entire blocks of these big ass abandoned mini-mansions and setting up gated communities. Even then, there is no infrastructure to support residential neighborhoods. No schools, no grocery stores, no shopping.
