As someone who was born and raised on 163rd and grew up with Forest and McKinley dudes...Joe is OFFICIAL. Dude's squad was legendary in our neighborhood.

Yeah him and KRS used to bomb and were well known writers. I remember first time i went to NY. I was pulling into the bronx and there was like a 20 story building with a mural of Joe on it. I remember being amazed because it was so life like. And it almost covered the whole building. Had to be a whole crew who painted it, seemed like it would be impossible to pull that off. Whatever the case, Its safe to say that the Bronx certainly held him in in high regards.
