I don't know. There's a bunch of tough guys with stripes in prison or in the streets so assume he's one them. When the word legend is used that carries a different a weight so there's only a handful of them. That's the names you typically hear like Fat Cat, Pappy Mason, Rollack, Supreme, Supreme Magnetic, Alpo, etc. The top of the food chain or close to it types are in that category.

If you have to tell your own story you're not a legend. When you're a legend other people tell it for you.
