Say what you will about Primo's career as a legendary producer, but I believe an argument can be made that he was possessed when making this album. This is one of those rare pleasures that can be listened to from the first song to the last. And while lil dap and Malachi the nutcracker certainly don't rise to Nas' level of lyricism by any stretch of the imagination, their gritty rawness perfectly complements the unvarnished shine that Primo's beats are coated with. Album is a banger of the sort that remains tragically rare in this age of DJ Mustard
