i have a bit of belly fat i guess (mostly post meal bloatness) ...but i still have abs that are very defined....especially in the morning.

6'1 210 lbs. When i was around 195 lbs I was able to do 285 lbs but i dont go past 255 these days to be safe. I probably could do 315 if i made it my goal for a month

I see dudes benching 300 lbs a lot..

But they always seem to carry around a colorful drink at the gym..:mjgrin:
they need to drop that ish quick... my brother was taking those drinks...fukked up his liver..dude 40 and has to get bloodwork done regularly ..

fukk a pre workout drink...jog and get your blood hot.
