Seems like society is faulting only men when it comes to sex while intoxicated, and claiming it as rape... all the while completely absolving the woman in the situation.

I really almost don't like talking about this subject because it seems like any answer you give from a male perspective could be wrong. If this was twitter the feminists would come out the woods on the attack. Although this isn't twitter this is TheColi so I'll speak on it.

I think if both parties are intoxicated and decide (irony being that both parties can't make a reasonable judgment intoxicated) to have sex it all depends on the WOMAN. At any point in time she tells the man to stop or quit that should be a sign it's a wrap. Idk what it is with this new generation of females that choose to party and get drunk sleep with a guy and then claim rape. The worst are the ones... you know what I'm a quit while I'm ahead.

Speak on it nikka! Cause I feel the same way. Buyers remorse is not rape. The issue we really have is that historically women have not been taught how to handle alcohol consumption. Now its socially acceptable for women to get smashed, but they have not been taught that lacking because you're drunk will get you fukked up. I also believe this issue is intensified depending on the race you're talking about. White people binge drink like nobody business. This scenario is more likely to happen in young white communities.

I was gone say the worst cases are the females that get drunk along 2-3+ dudes and let them run a train on them and then holler the "magical words". My thing is if these women consented to having sex with that may dudes at one time then that's on them. Although, I don't even know why nikkas partake in trains anyways. Alcohol is a recipe for disaster if irresponsible with it.

I'm speaking from the point of view he was speaking on. Ok we were on the phone talking when he brought it up n said he felt violated and I was like nicca stop bs'n u liked it n he was like nah he felt small n vulnerable when I did it, I still didn't believe him until he said it fucc'd him up a lil. And while he was conveying how he felt n I felt like a real life predator cuz u always hear about female victims explaining how they couldn't help how they bodies reacted to the assault. If that makes any sense

As a man who actively penetrates a woman 9/10 times, you can be found at fault. Unless she gets on top and inserts it herself, while you are unable to consent then she can be found at fault. Take precaution and get consent.

I'd take it a step further in the precaution department and say don't find yourself alone with a drunk woman who's not your wife period. Especially these irresponsible drink to the point of blacking out white chicks. These college boys need to be especially cautious with their party culture. If she's drunk, put as much distance between her and you as possible. If she's stumbling from the sidewalk about to step out in the street and get nailed by a bus, let her get run over. Its better she get run over than your reputation or even your life jeopardized cuz of her reckless and irresponsible behavior.
