Nope. F&L and The Cool are clearly better than GKMC.
EDIT: And while GKMC is the more cohesive project, I'll take the best songs on F&L II over the best songs on GKMC all day. Strange Fruition, Put Em Up, Around My Way, ITAL, Form Follows Function, Lamborgini Angel, Brave Heart, Unforgivable Youth>>>>>>>
The only project GKMC is leaps and bounds better than from Lupe is Lasers. Recip is bugging on that one.

I hate threads like this because it makes me slander a project (in this case, GKMC) I otherwise really really enjoyed simply due to someone going overboard with the praise.
GKMC was dope as hell, but come on man, you're talking about arguably the greatest rapper ever in terms of being at an apex that was unparalleled.
To put it in perspective, Lupe changed his verses (for the worse) from Trials & Tribulations for Pressure and STILL washed Hov, who most consider to be the GOAT. No one was seeing him during that period in time. He was mid 80's Iron Mike before the Buster Douglas fight.

The Cool is likely the closest to the album I hoped Lupe would make that we'll ever get...GKMC kinda represents the idea of what IMO would be the perfect Lupe album, combining all the social commentary and insight that we expect from him but while completely being musically and sonically being as fresh and current as anything any other contemporary rapper is putting out...all while not coming off as overbearing or preachy, and still getting his point across...so I didn't want Lupe to neccesarily make GKMC exactly, but I wanted him to make his own version of what it represents for K-Dot...Kendrick is having the kind of "moment" that I wished Lupe would have...and The Cool is likely as close as he'll ever get
