Is It Worth It To Still Try To Date/Find Love After 40?

If I was 40 I'd be tryna scoop a fine baddie in her early 30's with either no kids or 1 kid. That prime 35 age is dope too.At that point they out they hoe phase and maybe outta they "I'm tryna have kids" phase so there's not as much pressure.

And it's worth it if you still want that type of connection and relationship. If you're over that shyt then by all means enjoy your life and just have a roster of women. But if you still want the other thing and your a stable breh who's taken good care of himself you'll be fine.

OP has a 12 year old daughter(I saw his post in another thread). I won't speak for him but I don't know if he's as opposed to women with kids, as much as he is women with too many kids, baggage, and drama, and that don't add value to his life.

But, he's made it clear he only wants a woman that's within 5 years of his age range. And I can understand why... I do think especially at that age, theres a noticeable difference in life stages between where he's at and an early thirty something woman. Just thinking of myself compared to the people I know in that age range. But you never know...

I understand the age range thing. If he means that both ways, as in 5 years younger and maybe 5 years older then that's a ten year age range of women and that's pretty big and he can definitely find what he's looking for.

I think the 12 yr old has something to do with his preference too. They're both about to enter into new chapters in their lives and he might see the finish line in terms of raising kids and doesn't wanna start from scratch with someone with younger kids.

my cousin used that opportunity to travel do different things, learn new language etc... now he is dating online more. on a side note perhaps you can try meeting a sista internationally bring home a future wifey from overseas.
