I don't really understand the purpose of this thread or this question. Is Matt holding Julio back? No. Julio when healthy (and he's had injury problems his whole career) is a HOF level talent no matter who the QB is. Matt at his best is an above average QB (last yr was a down yr in a new offense).

But Matt's a good QB and he's better with Julio, not sure the purpose of this thread other than to shyt on Matt (and again he was awful last yr)

@Kaedus @Tee Little @The ADD @Motife43 #BirdBrehs
wasn't trying to shyt on Matt, but Julio not getting double digit TD's every year is an atrocity. He is an athletic freak like guys like Tron, Moss, etc

Julio being hurt every year of his career is an atrocity too. It is what it is. Matt targets Julio as much as any WR in football and Julio almost broke the receptions record last yr. You're making it seem like he's not making a significant & concerted effort every game to get him the ball

Matt Ryan is the type of guy that will have a team in pergatory for 10+ years because he's not bad enough to be benched but not really good enough to win in the clutch. Dude has been surrounded with so much offensive talent and seems to have "regressed". But he just looks like a QB so his job is safe.
Like San Diego and Phillip Rivers....he puts up the most plastic numbers

Nah, I think Rivers is actually pretty good and he has at least had some good performances in the playoffs. Ryan to me is just meh.

Julio started/played in 31 of the Falcons last 32 games played :usure:

and for a guy to give us almost 140 catches, and right at about 1,900 rec yards to only have 8 touchdowns...something isn't adding up:yeshrug:

theyre not that far apart, I do think Rivers is better but the $ Rivers is getting is also unwarranted, especially now.

Rivers benefited from one of the most stacked offenses in football to start his career.

their playoff performances are nothing special and quite comparable. ryan 9 td and 7 picks in 5 games. rivers 11 tds and 7 picks in 9 games. ironically they have the same qb rating in offs

again, the common denominator to their respective teams deepest trip in the offs, is defense.

Im glad youre finally seeing the light with *some* of the qbs, but you also need to realize to most qbs in the league, even those that you like. qbs are overrated :manny:
