I dont see a case for Evans over any of em... He probably next but there other nikkas who was clearly better peak for peak like Michael Thomas but Evans should be applauded for his longevity and consistency. Even if he was never a top tier WR1/2 candidate. Like there nikkas now like Jetta and Chase who are just better than Evans ever was even tho you obviously wouldnt rank either ahead of him all time as of 2023.

The best case for Evans over everyone here sans D-Hop is that no matter who is throwing him the ball, he's going to get his.

Tyreek's primary QB is a future HOFer, a multiple-time All-Pro, Pro Bowler and MVP (Mahomes).
Davante's primary QB is a future HOFer, a multiple-time All-Pro, Pro Bowler and MVP (Rodgers).
Julio's primary QB may not go to the HOF, but he is a multiple-time Pro Bowler, former MVP and All-Pro (Ryan).
AJ Green primary QB isn't going to the HOF, but he is a multiple-time Pro Bowler (Dalton).

Evans' primary QB -- this is defined as the QB he played the most games with -- is Jameis Winston. Mr. 30-for-30.
