Is Steph Curry on his way to passing up Zeke & Stockton & being the 2nd best PG after Magic?

Someone needs to explain to me why so many people dislike this Warriors team and Curry. I really don't understand it.

Is it because of @Blackthoughts ?

They play a beautiful brand of basketball and Curry is the epitome of a once in a generation player. I've said it before, but we will see another Kobe, LeBron, MJ, etc before we see another Curry. This guy is the create a player you make in 2K with his shooting sliders maxed out just so you can fukk around and make shots from anywhere...in real life! :mindblown:

Postionless basketball welcomes you. :ld:

:scust:

I aint ready for that just yet.... Its like rap without each region having\adding their distinctive sound due to cultural\social differences that forces you to appreciate the art.... and also the differences in the type of talent that each region brings...

Positionless Basketball.......:smh: Yall gonna have to help me see the light on this one

I'm surprised you haven't got it yet. It's because the 2 stars of the team are lightskinned. Most of these nikkas have admitted to that being the reason. It's like back in elementary school in the hood. The pretty lightskinned girls always had the most fights because the dark chics always said that the lightskinned girls thought they were the shyt. Sad to see grown man doing it but if you do your research it all boils down to Steph and Klay's skin complexion.

That's the beauty of it. :mjcry:

Rap is subjective though, so the lines aren't parallel to sport, because it's all based on numbers.

Sometimes I do too much clownin on dudes that don't wanna accept it, when I know I should be more understanding because obviously not everyone formulated their views on the game in the same manner in which I did. Especially older heads that have more of a natural affinity with what they were brought up on, which I guess applies to everything in life too.

If you're having a hard time dealing with the change, just take a step back and picture how much success this Warriors team would've had if Curry played a traditional PG role. Think about everything that would change and no longer be a strength of this team if he did, and when I mean everything I mean every little fold and detail.

If you can't see that we wouldn't be having this conversation right now if he played like a pass-first PG, than you probably ain't ready yet.

I get what you sayin about the title though... I still think its funny that after all that progress for the position, Iggy still goes down in history as the MVP...The voters finally decide to care about defense and intangibles at an odd time...

Steph didn't have an MVP series.

I don't know whats so hard to understand about that.

He was inconsitent as hell in the series, especially from 3

I was saying as soon as game 6 was over "iggy better get finals MVP"

And i'm glad they got it right,

It's crazy Yall hating on Iggy for winning but loved when Khawi won for the same reasons.

Steph didn't have an MVP series.
And what exactly is an "MVP series"?
I don't know whats so hard to understand about that..
This is where you're just making up shyt.
He was inconsitent as hell in the series, especially from 3.
He ended up shooting 38% from 3, while taking 10 attempts per game. And despite him being inconsistent, he still averaged 10 more points per game than every other Warrior.
It's crazy Yall hating on Iggy for winning but loved when Khawi won for the same reasons.
Curry - 26 ppg
Iggy - 16 ppg

Parker - 18 ppg
Kawhi - 17.8 ppg
Duncan - 15 ppg

Spot the difference.

Steph is probably the most skilled point guard to play the position since Magic Johnson. He's already an ATG shooter and an NBA champion and MVP who is only likely to get better. It's been widely acknowledged that this is the most prolific era in the NBA for the PG position and he clearly stands out from the rest. I don't necessarily disagree with the premise of the thread. :ld:
