I like The Curb Stomp but not as a Finisher, he needs something with more Impact. It's more like a Signature.

I'm more Shook of getting a Justin Gabriel 450 Splash than getting Curb Stomped by Rollins and I like Rollins so

Curb Stomp isn't seeing The Punt but Orton has a Follow Up with plenty of Signatures.

only prob I have with the curb stomp is the setup. Seeing dudes hunched over waiting while he runs to the ropes is lame. He'd be better with a quick, out of no where finisher like the RKO

It's fine as a finisher. The biggest part of it is the person selling it & how good they can make it look. RVD for example can make it look great.

He can't really do a top rope move until they turn him face.

Exactly, he has so much potential as a face due to his moveset.
