. And i was responding to a poster who was talking about The Flash at his max so i brought out Superman at his max

Superman Prime One Million is a hypothetical version of Post-Crisis Superman who sun dipped for 15,000 years. New 52 Superman is a completely different version of that character with a completely different history. If you can't even acknowledge the fact that different iterations of Superman exist...there's no point in continuing this conversation.
And Superman Prime One Million isn't Superman's max...he went to go live in a sun for 15,000 years. In a fight scenario such an opportunity wouldn't even be given

superman 1 million is like cheating in these debates. A far more accurate rating of superman's full potential would be superboy prime. He was like an unbridled rage filled version of superman. He was pretty much unfukkwitable outside of somebody like spectre or somebody. It took 3 flashes grabbing him and forcing him into the speed force just to get rid of him...couldn't even kill him. And he still got out the speed force at some point.Thats not really "alternate". Thats just a manifestation of Clark's true potential

He can get the treadmill and do that in .1 milliseconds. Granted it would take time but the setup would be faster than superman blowing up the planet.

How would Superman catch The Flash ? nikka could literally hop in the Speed Force and there's nothing Clark can do

And the flash would be able to phase through him if Superman was unsuspecting ( The flash has to vibrate and that takes time ) by then Superman done blew up the planet
. Just like with phasing he can't just teleport into the speedforce 
he has to gain enough kinetic energy first and that takes time. By the time he half way thier superman done blew up the planet. And the Flash doesn't even have access to kryptonite
