And the flash would be able to phase through him if Superman was unsuspecting ( The flash has to vibrate and that takes time ) by then Superman done blew up the planet. Just like with phasing he can't just teleport into the speedforce
he has to gain enough kinetic energy first and that takes time. By the time he half way thier superman done blew up the planet. And the Flash doesn't even have access to kryptonite

Being destructive and running full speed is two different things for a speedster. The Flash was going as fast as he normally goes and Superman caught to him. If the Flash was going max Superman would go max too and catch up to him. The Flash is still faster but yall acting like Superman is far behind. , The flash has to focus and vibrate really fast. If superman is grabbing him like that he can't vibrate or focus to phase through Superman's grip is too strong. The flash wouldn't even be in the speed force if the planet is blown to bits like i said he can't just teleport into the speedforce he has to gain enough kinetic energy which requires him to run on a surface very fast AND that shyt takes too much time. Remember Superman is not that much slower than the flash so the planet would have already been destroyed before the flash can gain even 40% of the Kinetic energy needed to enter the speedforce 
. And that whole reverse time thing is dumb. The flash don't even know were superman was when he was younger yall acting like superheros know as much as we do
