Lyrically it reads like a peer reviewed research paper.

The ENTIRE THIRD Verse is a blend of objective and subjective barbs. The ad-libs are just as vicious as the actual jabs. Listen to it and you can hear the cockiness in Jays delivery.

"You Made it a hot line, I made it hot song" - Dead Presidents I and 2 are considered  two of Jays strongest songs in his entire catalog.
Having listened to this record after 12 years it still sounds current. Drop some other FACTUAL disses from emcees.
