I have my son most of the time and he prefers being with me. I have him Friday through Monday, she gets him Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday.

If I could I would get custody of him officially, but I live in California and this state never sides with the father unless the mother is actively endangering the childs life.

It's worked out for the most part for 7 years now.
