I got an offer for a paid internship at an Oracle Data Center, but I'll have to relocate and the pay is "ehhh"

Is the opportunity worth the risk?

YES AND YES! I came to see if anyone is talking data centers if its doable hell yeah. if you have half a brain and can be somewhat social it can set you up for a cushy gig for life. the market is new and blowing up .
