Wow this thread was infuriating to read. People just see a huge loss number and have no idea how much these services are profiting in comparison.

me either bro

I'd never lose that much because soon as I hit the $15 milli mark i'm selling it and walking away like :sas2:

Even when i go on the casino, if I hit for $200 or $250 im gone. My patnas will stay and keep betting and walk off with 1000 - 1500

i dont need the whole pie tho, i just want a piece and im cool

Boy is this a sad philosophy. Of Zuckerberg dkd thag he wouldnt be a billionaire. Same with Gates.

Jay at least picks and chooses what he wants to sell...notice his publishing ain't one.

People are comparing this to Spotify and Amazon or whatever but we don't know who's bankrolling Tidal. Softbank (owns Sprint) declined offering $400M but instead moral support. Likely some back door shyt because of the iPhone.

Who's holding Tidal over. If they're late on payments and still getting access to the content then people who can pay (Apple and Spotify) will playing hard ball with the labels. People aren't going back to CDs.

In this thread posters fail to understand basic opportunity cost and marginalization
