T.I. >>>>>. Wayne was all hupe IMO. All those horrible pubchlines had people putting him up there with greats. And people loved Lil Wayne as long he was rapping without a subject and it was all drug induced stream of consciousness rhyming. Once he started actually making songs and sticking to concepts, they turned on him i.e. Carter 3. So no, there is no way I could say Wayne is better than T.I. Wayne was better with mixtapes as I can't think of a T.I. mixtape that is dope all the way through. T.I. is better at everything else. His albums after King are hit and miss though.

Lil Wayne for me and I find most of Lil Wayne's work semi-garbage.

T.I I believe is one of the pioneering rappers with a large gay fan base. None of his rhymes were potent. He's also a Jay-Z d1ck rider.

He is good with the ladies though and I think that is where he got his Icon status from. Very similar to Asap and some could say Meek Mill.

These guys are known for being proficient with the ladies, not the rhymes. At least Lil Wayne can rhyme.

T.I got like maybe 3 or 4 good tracks I can salute but look how long he has been in the game though, mumbling tough talk.

I like how a lot of Tip's early records coulda applied to a lot of rappers at the time. Like ASAP was directed at Flip but this coulda been easily aimed at other rappers:banderas:

Flip, say hello to the land of the people
My plan is to keep you at least 2, levels under me where I need you
I'mma take advantage of my chance to defeat you
Your true colors done shown, now it's on when I see you
I'm grown nikka, so let it be know we ain't equal
You sadly mistaken if you thinkin' I can't reach you
Beat you, to a fukkin' pulp if I need to
The very spot ya standin' in then is where I'll leave you
Seen on the scene white tees and Evisu
O.G. status, I don't beef unless I need to
Sissy you way outta line and you runnin' outta time
Hang behind closed do's when ya heard I got some time
Yeah I know you were thinkin' outa sight and outa mind
But I'm the wrong one for you to try if you were tryna shine
Listen nikka this shyt here is more than just a lotta rhymes
I don't know what ya do for your respect, but I'ma die for mine
