There's a plenty of cool black stars like Brandon Phillips, Matt Kemp, Carl Crawford, Adam Jones, Justin Upton, etc. Most athletes try to speak as proper as they can during interviews and press conferences anyway. We only see the hood in football and basketball players when they're hanging out.
