Equality on an inter and intra level. Earning equal wages, being respected and promoted in the work force, having adequate representation in STEM fields. Not being locked out housing markets or financial opportunities such as business loans.

Also respect on an intra level. Meaning within our own community. Not being antagonize or excessively blamed by other black men and women. Not being ill protected or over looked

What about when it comes to mating? I feel like alot of the issues women have and the rule by father's in general stems from biology and male physicality. Not condoning it, but I feel it's over looked.

I agree that women should earn the proper wages for the work they do. If you do it as well or better than, you should be making as much or more than.
