This is something I don't understand about The Booth. If you're gonna @ me, stay on topic. I'm not the topic. When I @ Tetris, I didn't clown his post. I don't care about him nor his posting history. I simply stayed on topic and gave my opinion on what he said (I disagreed). Here you are already catching feelings within your first sentence.

Anyway, Thug's music operates at a way lower energy than Carti's. I don't even know how one can pretend otherwise. Carti's beats are way harder, much wilder. Carti's flow is harder. Thugga makes lounging in VIP section with a drink in hand/hookah type music. You can rock to it with little investment and still look cute. Put on "Magnolia" and watch the energy change completely. People start dancing and getting hype.

In my opinion, I think Young Thug is a poineer and a trendsetter but he has never put out anything that has really put all of his talents together. I mean he kind of did with Thugger Girls in my opinion but even so, that album was kind of all over the place though I thought it was a solid listen.

Carti's time is up once those Pierre beats start getting stale, and in his album thread even his fans already think they're stale. Meanwhile Thug, even though he hasn't dropped a Magnolia, is out here writing for Drake and touring with J Cole. Talent wins every time

Flow is part of the music And LOL at all of Magnolia's energy coming from Pierre. So when that beat comes on, and people start shouting "In New York, I milly rock!!", they just made up that flow? Carti never said that shyt? Cmon. We gotta have honest convos here. No point in forcing shyt.

shrieking and screeching on a track doesn't make it harder. Dude's voice was cracking in many parts. Sounding like he's all cried out on some RnB emo shyt. No real confidence in that delivery and it wasn't smooth. Dudes who rap hard are always smooth with it on some level.
