I've seen some tweets where theyre going to the point of saying "we're not gonna march in the street for y'all if you won't for us." And it's not only really dumb... But extremely dangerous.

People are protesting against police brutality that happens to BOTH black men AND black women. So if these tweets are to be believed, they're just gonna stay home if a man gets killed in an act of racial violence? What if that's their son, father, brother, cousin or husband? Is that suddenly not important anymore? That's insanity and nobody should ever cosign this because this is no different than the same shyt these white supremacists are pushing.

In fact, I question if these accounts are truly black. Now is the worst possible time for something like this to gain traction, and this isn't even Cole's fault.

I honestly think a lot of these people (especially the verified accounts) are paid to spread division. Some women genuinely have a disdain for black men due to their personal trauma but it’s extremely dangerous how these people have platforms.

The reaction to this song is ironic because a lot of men are looking at women reacting erratically this and feeling disenfranchised which is the exact thing Cole spoke on.

Twitter got some dumbasses on there.

K.Dot and Cole out protesting and people trying to flame them over a lack of a fukking tweet.

I found out its impossible to make people happy or content

You can move mountains with a platform money etc...

And people still will have a problem

Thats why I say MLK and Malcom X would not be able to survive now

Rosa parks would get flames and would be called a plant...or a scammer

Here is a big reason for this lots of these people can't or don't listen and can't comprehend hiphop lyrics anymore

Thats a problem

Why do y’all give twitter so much weight? It still baffles me that people don’t understand how insignificant twitter reactions are. It’s not “reading the room” as people are just saying shyt initially to get the most retweets.

Who cares if Cole gets “cancelled” by fake woke opportunists & twitter bots shyt is irrelevant and won’t matter at all in the grand scheme of things.

A grown man crying about a Black woman's tone is lowkey respectability c00ning in my view. No one should have to coddle brehs ego.

The original tweet that set this off was really bad and totally out of line. Chapelle covered why already as it's of a same piece.

Cole should've left the line about "tone" out. Stick to the content. Black people period have to live a life of watching their tone from what I can tell (I'm white) so it wasn’t a good look.

They coming for Cole like they did KDot with Humble :snooze:

Yup...How dare a black man tell a black woman he likes her just the way she is :gucci::mindblown:

I never understood her tweet in the first place, if their “whole discography is about black plight” why are you pressed about them not making a tweet? Surely the former is way more powerful
