I thought 7 minute drill bar wise was dope af tbh.....its just to me you could hear his HEART wasnt in it...
shyt was ass

But to me this is his best album. Individually the songs are all good. There’s something missing but I think we’re going to look back at this album fondly

Ranked the Fall-Off as his 2nd best album behind FHD.

As of of the moment, I can’t say I disagree :patrice:

They are much more partial to Sideline Story than I’ll ever be.

I think the tone of the track was reciprocal to how Dot spent most of the “Like That” verse going at Drake. Even after “Muthafukk the Big 3 nikka it’s just BIG me”. Dot used “your”best album a light pack, yea prince out lived mike jack. I’m still confused on why people wanted Cole to drop Ether

Ft. Stewart, Ga
Wordplay and creativeness
Elite story telling ( see illmatic)
Lyrical depth ( see nas verse on Verbal Intercourse)
Technical skill and structure ( cadence flow breath control etc)
Originality ( nas discography is all original concepts and songs no body making shyt like rewind )

Kendrick no where near the level of Nas maybe you mean the current washed Nas ? Sure disrespectful to the goat

Nas ain’t nowhere NEAR washed. Get the fukk up outta here.

Can't disagree still in rotation today after I was so so on it the first listen.

I want to try this album again, but it was a chore for me the first time around I just haven't had the feeling to invest time to listening again.
Same, nearly 2 hours of Cole just ain’t my cup of tea, especially with such uninteresting production. I gave it a fair shot, but Cole’s albums haven’t been for me outside of FHD and KOD
