Wale's album is better, regardless of the genre. Hip hop is a musical genre. If you like R&B more than rap maybe.
You're taking the conversation out of contextnikka u crazy? Lol
Kendrick ain't fukkin wit Nas my guy. Lol.You're taking the conversation out of context
His initial statement implied that high level lyricism required metaphors and entendres, hence my reply above.
And for the record, i believe Kendrick is closer to a Nas than he is to a Jay in terms of their styles of lyricism. And I don't think he's that far off of the level if at all.
But yeah I probably got busy or just plain didn't feel like continuing the back and forth lol
Cole is terribly singing and wailing all over this. The number of song starting with some Spanish guitar and him “whoaaa whoaa’ing” ain’t hip hopIf you like R&B more than rap maybe.
funny the let out is the only song i enjoy on this albumCole is terribly singing and wailing all over this. The number of song starting with some Spanish guitar and him “whoaaa whoaa’ing” ain’t hip hop
I don't think an album has ever grown on me as much as this has. I was lukewarm on it at first, but I enjoy it more with each listen - first listen I had it at around 7-7.5/10, at this point it's like a 9/10 for me. It has grown on me to an insane degree.
