To me best is McDaniels and Cesario
I really don't like the Packers execs, cause I don't feel that team is that talented they just have a Rodgers

I feel like Shanahan is kinda like Fangio. He can be a great coordinator with good talent to work with but they just "meh" without it. We don't have talent and I'm not even sure he can be good HC.

Whoever we get!! I hope they first look HARD at that defense.
I think the last offensive and defensive drives of this game pretty much for me defined our season.
It's crazy that Kaeps last drive and pass was a TD. And the defense had 6 minutes to either get a stop or turnover against Seattles B or 2nd team.
They couldn't stop them on ANY 3rd downs.... couldn't force them to punt and once again let the RB own them till the clock was out.
I'm not saying I have think Kaep would've got another TD. But I am fairl confident dude could've got us in FG position and then it be up to Dawson to make that good 40-50 yard kick.
The defense has let us down WAY too man times this year.... really way more than the O.
Several teams have had too much success in the running game against us..... I mean RBs getting 100+ yard games and teams ending games with a total of 250+.
That shyt is unacceptable, we can't allow that next year..... it won't matter if we have a QB that can score 3-4 tds a game and put up 300+ yards if our defense continues give up 500 yards and 4-6 tds

We need to get out of this 3-4 scheme. We don't have the LBs or NT to run it anymore

The defense should be built around Armstead and Buckner. If they can transition to 4-3 DTs then sure.

you can't give him the pats... they were great when he left so it's not like he can be attributed with their success
he's a known cheater... not from the pats time (although he was there) but he was also fired from denver after illegally taping as well
and as soon as he didn't have brady and beli, he went to the broncos, drafted tebow (not smart with picks) and went on to a record of 11-17 while cheating... so he can't even cheat right
what am i missing that the whole NFL seems to see? does he just look the part?

Unless we draft well or get some FA...... I would love if we can find another Justin Smith type guy...... it's crazy how much we really miss that guy......

I could live with this even though I don't like it. However Cable and whoever they decide to bring in from Seattle to be the GM would be unacceptable
