Dallas is irrelevant when it comes to hip hop. No history no nothin.. contributed nothing to hip hop

Listen, Georgia is the Deep South.
Eastern part of Texas culturally is very southern absolutely but Texas is too big of a state to really let East Texas speak for it because ain’t nothing truly southern about El Paso or other parts of the western part or the state.
