I find it funny all these coli fitness experts are laughing at him doing 275 like that's a common thing for any random nikka to do :what: now did he have to record it no :mjlol:

I honestly don't see any purpose squatting 4-500 pounds other then being an athlete or a power lifter, 325-350 is my limit,

True. You can get a great leg work out squatting 275. It's way more weight than the average dude can do.

I said you're right, and that he's doing better than me too, meaning, he's pushing more weight than I do when I squat.

I keep my core(back and abdomen) very solid, and I keep my foundation (legs) solid too. I'm always working those. More than upper body. I'm just a chicken leg ass n!gga and 275lb is a bit outta my range to be repping consistently in a workout.
My max is 400lbs, even. Well it was 2 years ago. Don't know what it is now. But squatting 275lbs as my normal rep weight? Hell naw , can't fukk with it :wow:

I don't lift a lot of weight, but I do work out. I life more than 90% of the dudes at my gym (YMCA but whatever).

But get on the internet and I'm suddenly the weakest guy in the conversation. Funny how that works. :patrice:

My personal best squat is 305. I hit it for one rep. The second rep my muscles gave out at the bottom but I was in the rack so it saved my life :pachaha:

Now I just fukk around between 245 and 275.

You might want to try to max out again breh. If you work out with 245-275 on the norm, your max HAS to be higher than mine :usure:

Yeah man maybe. I haven't tried since the bar fell on me and that was prob 2 years ago. Maybe I give it a shot again one day. I don't know.

You could say that for any exercise.

Squatting is hella safe.
Its just exhausting, so people give every excuse in the book as to why they dont do it.

Whats hella safe about having 250 pounds of awkward metal on your back...:francis:. Especially if there is nothing to catch it. I played football in high school and did squats and all that, so I know if you do it correctly, it works, but don't act like its just like kicking a soccer ball.

No what i meant is no way your upper body should be stronger than your lower body ever,if it is that's a problem.
