I've had 2 interviews out of maybe 20 that I didn't get a job for, and almost all were CACs

Just had an interview two weeks ago. I knew more about the company's history than the two cacs interviewing me.
I thought I was showing initiative. Cac got visibly upset (you know the face cacs make when they get caught not knowing something).
Didn't get the job. Wasn't qualified
Took it as a sign from God. I'mma stay where I'm at and get my business off the ground because I'm done interviewing with cacs.

Almost every time I've been interviewed by black men and black women, I've gotten the job.
Almost every time I've been interviewed by old white men, there were other more qualified candidates
Then you meet people who work at those places you weren't qualified for and their fukking idiots.
