Joe definitely seems a lil jealous that Jay Elect is doing this rap shyt by his own rules.... Complaining that he didn't adhere but the unwritten rules of a debut album. The main difference is Jay Elect don't seem to have any interest in being a big rap star, sales, or none of that shyt. Who is gonna turn down multiple Jay-Z features?
