Hollins is just an extremist(and stubborn) as in he dont fukk with the numbers AT ALL
which is why he was still trotting out the same lineup of Tony Allen and Tayshaun Prince
The numbers would tell you thats dumb, everybody in the coli's eyes told them this was a dumb, all of america could see it was hurting the team.
But Hollins gotta do it his way so he'll justand go down with the ship.
As far as the PER shyt.
PER takes into account positive accomplishments, such as field goals, free throws, 3-pointers, assists, rebounds, blocks and steals, and negative ones, such as missed shots, turnovers and personal fouls.
Its impossible to be a good player and have a terrible PER so whats the problem?
Hollinger needs to stay off the gotdamn court tho

You can build through the draft while incorporating analytics....most teams in the league use them anyways
