he could be a good grab for a team that needed a PG upgrade...Trouble is those teams likely couldn't afford him without a buyout.

The problem is his contract as no one team will be able to match the contracts needed to get him and Houston isn’t going to want to give up the sweeteners needed to get him. That’s why the buyout is really the option available.

I don’t necessarily blame Houston though seeing as they will stuck footing pretty much all of Wall’s remaining contract while he goes elsewhere for the vet’s minimum.
