home practice? BWHAHAHAHAHA
Should've cursed himself out. No excuses for him missing the playoffs.
I agree the front office and coaching have been there past their welcome. Way past their welcome. But Wall has never been a great leader, and this isn't going to help his cause any. That team truly needs a Paul Pierce type to hold the team together. Wall is too volatile and somewhat moody, Beal has the potential to be a good leader but he's always hurt, and no one else garners that respect.Yes, John isn't the leader for a contending team or the best player on a contending team. Yes, he's taken nights off defensively this year. BUT
I find it funny that Wall cursing out a crappy coach is cause for internal discussions on Wall's leadership, but those same idiots who are having those internal discussions never look in the mirror and question their own leadership and judgement.
And more interesting at the moment for me, is that Vescey has a source on the inside that has, for the second time, leaked an unflattering story about the Wiz. I think this person is clearly disaffected and anti-Grunfled -- certainly understandable and not bad things in and of themselves.
Perhaps these leaks in the dam are what finally do Grunfeld in, which would be for the best.
John Wall is 25 and a pretty low key guy...outside the club, at least. I don't know why he's expected to be such a big leader.
What happened here? How did this collapse happen so fast? This team is the biggest disappointment in the entire NBA
I truly feel if he was a leader like Lowry or even Paul George (who's come a long way) he would've got those guys to the playoffs. Injuries or not. The bottom 3 seeds for the east were up for grabs."acute lack of leadership is a searing hot internal topic"
lol fukk these reporters. John Wall is doing everything he can
