If you want to go overseas, they will send yo ass overseas. The AF is the most technical branch outta the 5, which is a good thing because any job you get while you're in can transition into the the civilian world but you wont really get to shoot shyt unless you go for PJ (pararescue) , they get to shoot shyt and get shot at. but i heard the training is hard af to become 1.

why not join the army or the marines and be a grunt?

If you want to go to SD and shoot shyt, go marines.

i can only think of 3 jobs off the top my head right now if you were to go in as a enlistee and start off with a 60k+ salary after getting out, crash fire rescue , nurse, and any job you get in the intel field.

I'm sure some brehs on here will give a better answer to your question, since i've only been in for almost a year.

How likely would it for someone to be stationed overseas when they first join to the Air Force.

What are some combat jobs (like shooting shyt)

If I’m tryna live in SD or some where nice in the U.S what are the best locations

If I’m tryna smash every bad ass female moving what’s the best job

Where you get stationed depends on the job some jobs can go anywhere some jobs have like 5 bases available (nukes)... Combat jobs..tacp CCT pj etc mandatory 6 year contacts hard AF to make it all the way through the 2 year pipeline if you fail you would be put into another job. Don't join the AF to shoot shyt bruh..

Four years, AF, and you have a great opportunity. 2 years you have a 100 percent of your GI Bill. That's 36 months of education, books, and housing for college. You gotta be smart, especially if you are black black. You can c00n yourself to the proper circles, all depends where your morals are. If you looking to make it career though, do six. Gives you a better chance to get overseas. I spent 3 and half overseas, and the experiences changed my life.

You have to have a plan going in the military, I can only speak on Army life. If you are chasing a big salary coming out after 4-6 years of service then you must be completing a Bachelors combined with Industry certification; while utilizing the military connection network. The military will attempt to get in the way of that, but if you are about your shyt...it won't matter. As an example, I am currently on an OCONUS rotation "deployment"...and literally took an online proctored exam yesterday in the middle of my sleep time. I keep my eyes on the prize.

Younger brehs will burn the first 3 years away on fukkery, hoes, and shoes tho.... I did. Until I ran across a mentor that set me str8.

The one big benefit is the ability to start a 401K/Savings fund instead of accruing debt at this early juncture in life.

CTN most definitely

Knew one cat that was getting out and had a texas gig for 90k

Thats why I laugh at the dude in here acting like CTN is fukking easy (even though he isn’t one)

I’m literally like what:heh:

No IT job starting at 90k is easy

It depends on your job and orders but it’s not impossible

If you wanna play GI Joe or go overseas in the AF they will definitely send your ass if you want it that bad.

My roommate was AF and he went to Afghanistan all the time. And when he was off he hopped Mac flights to other countries for next to nothing

Dint think you’ll get to SD if you Airforce. I think thats more Marine and Navy city.

Combat jobs are the easiest to get if thats what you want. Or just go Army/Marine like others have said and do grunt work

I spend more time around ITs than with my rate.
Bro I was literally an ACTUAL IT:heh:

I spent most of my entire career around IT, IS, and CT rates and their equivalents in other branches:heh:

If it’s that easy you should definitely do it. CTN school is 6 months.. go for it

One last thing how long is the drone ploit school and what kind of careers can they get when they get out because that seems like like a weird skill to have
