The team he took over was trash man he did the best he could with that team.. Remember the knee down situation he had with Eli manning last season,after Eli light up the secondary for dame near 500 yards passing and he was like F that we are playing till the end and push the center over, that was a bold move not smart but bold and bold actions send messages smart or dumb.... He was changing the culture last season so he had to make bold things to change.. Tampa is so used to losing season in and season out that he's basically doing the Rutgers rebuild job all over again at the nfl level.. You guys forget that Rutgers is the FIRST EVER ncaa football game played .. And has been the worst team for eternity.. He made them relevant agian, i mean you guys like championship coaches right but how can you not respect people who rebuild teams from the ashes. For anyone who played ncaa football on Xbox or play station tell me it's not a bigger statisfaction building a booty team and making them juggernauts then taking over # 1 bama(nothing against bama) and stomping .. Rutgers being horrible for a 100 years and having one the best high school football states in New Jersey is such a shame.. But he rebuilded them.. He is doing the same thing in Tampa watch..

Yeah and with all the fixing and putting Rutgers, back on the map, he couldn't win 1 Conference Title in the juggernaut that's the Big East, which got super weak after Miami and Va Tech left

But that's the thing, we didn't need a full rebuild, we needed somebody to fix the defense not fukk with the offense, If he would of focused on fixing that weak ass D, we could of went 11-5 and started out 2-1 this year. He was brought in for discipline and accountability and all that shyt, but not hold yourself to that same standard. The team led the league in penalties the last 2 years cuz of "his ways". The offense did their jobs last year, they were a top 10 offense and growing, but his Defense couldn't stop shyt and was undisciplined as fukk. Now a year in his system the defense is better, prolly adding Goldston and Revis will do that to a shytty secondary, but they're still undisciplined.How was it that Raheem got more out of less talent and won 10 games and Schiano could only pull 7 wins with a team that's way fukking more talented than that 2010 team?

Hell since 2000 and it wasn't like we were a losing year after year, we had 5 or 6 losing seasons and the others we were in the playoffs, other than the 2 years we went 9-7 and 10-6 and didn't make the playoffs.

If Schiano wins, more power to him, but he's got a long fukking way to go with that my way or the highway bullshyt. He needs to leave the offensive shyt to the nikkaz that know the shyt and work on that "discipline" shyt he's been preaching from jump.

I know it was 2 different offenses, I'm just saying he can be accurate. I think he can be a decent starter in the league, not saying Free's a future MVP or anything but can get you to the playoffs look at Alex Smith, but you gotta build an offense around him, not try and fit a square peg in a round hole.

From my experience playing football it's always about the next man up.. At every position.. So when u struggle u get benched don't take it personal that freeman got benched people.. Imagine if your fav qb put up his struggle stats.. What would u want?

Its a whole other thing when your coach has NO faith in your QB in the offseason...tries to get fukkin Carson Palmer over the summer..and over drafts a mediocre QB in the 4th round, just because he fits your mold of being tall with a strong arm.

Something that i just heard on NFL Live which totally caught me by surprise was how if they would have beat the jets we probably wouldn't be having this discussion until week 6 lol
