Melo wasn't hating on Lin's MONEY.
He was talking about the Rockets trying to fukk the Knicks with the contract STRUCTURE they offered Lin.
Like I said Dolan had no issues signing brad Richards to a front loaded deal and fukkn over Dallas stars etc

I hope that shyt works out.
So I just looked up the deal...
Just to start my point... I'm gonna assume that Brad Richards is one of the top players in the league considering he is now the highest paid player.
But with that said.... YOU'RE AN IDIOT.
These two contracts are nothing alike.
Year 1: 12m
Year 2: 12m
Year 3: 9m
Year 4. 8.5m
Year 5: 8.5m
Year 6: 7m
Years 7-9: 1m
It looks like they're paying him top dollar now... and reducing his pay yearly. And I would assume that his production would also gradually decline as he gets older... and 7 years from now who knows how productive he'll be. It's not like they're paying him 20 million this year, then paying him 7 mil right after that, just because they know the Dallas stars couldn't afford the first year. That would be just as rediculous.
Jeremy Lin's contract TRIPLES in year 3....lol. It triples man!!!... lmao
Edit: but the suggestion fo the Outback Safari in DR was great though. Preciate it fam.
Underrated part of this story: Houston is actually going to have to pay Lin $14M in that 3rd year. Yikes.I hope that shyt works out.

the money isnt an issue
either way the Knicks are handcuffed with Melo, Amare and Tysons deals....the Lin money cant be used on anyone else...CP3 is a pipedream
Basically it comes down to the Knicks not thinking Lin fits what they're trying to do. And what I gather its to put complimentary pieces around Melo and let him do him. I just dont think that's going to work.
Everything out of MSG before Houston changed the offer said Lin was coming back. Mike Woodson himself said that he fully expected Lin to be the starter next season.
especially seeing as how Lin is making more then JR and Mayo guys who we all know are better. I'm waiting on Lin to become a bust. Dragic and Lowry were better PGs and the Rockets let them go to sign Lin and damn Asik.
What is Houston doing?

then why did they pursue Steve Nash?
