Just finished 2 liters to the head.
Just took me 29 hours to finsh s gallon of water
but i got a party to go to tonight
I’ve still been drinking a gallon of water everyday, but I think that helps to counter the alcohol I drink on the weekend.

How'd the party workout cuhh
I’m working out with my girl 4+x a week but I got weight to lose and I need to lose it. I try to drink 3-5 water bottles a day plus juice. But I need this weight off of me will start soon tho
Cut the juice asap. Aint nothin but sugar.
drank 4 ciroc and applejuice drinks and ate cake
im off it tho
imma just do everything in moderation now . once a week or every two weeks
When’s the last time you had juice or soda breh?
Last time was probably 2 weeks ago at a breakfast spot had some OJ. I cut it out pretty much altogether. Only order Vodka/Waters and Lime
When I did the 30 day I cut it out for the full term plus an additional 15-20 days and dropped hella weight.
All that sugar/salt is what be getting nikkas
Would you say the cardio (exercise) was a big part too?
I do like my OJ but ima cut it out for the 30+ days and occasionally I drink soda which I been known I should cut out...
How was your carb intake?
I still drink at least 3/4 a gallon of water per day, but I slipped up at times
Im at Day 46, and I lost a lot of weight on my face. Still going hard at it.
I didn't start the light Cardio until mid week 2. I think it was pretty helpful in combination with everything else.
The carbs I kept low when I started the Keto shyt end-beg of week 3 I believe.
