Quick Update: I haven't been doing the gallon of water for hella weeks now but maintained hydration and cool eating habits.
I'm at 185 now and decided to finally get in the gym and start lifting to bulk up a couple days ago.
My inspiration has been this cat named Jeff Logan. His transformation is crazy and it's a similar body type I'd be happy with. I'll keep yall posted

That's a good goal if you drink a lot of alcohol and very little water...
No drinks and a gallon of water I don't consider a challenge.. That's already my routine
Yeah I would go hard oN the weekends and during the week hit happy hour 2-3 times so there was a lot of drinking, plus little water.
Definitely a challenge for me 100%, shyt was brutal
I havent had any alcohol since sept 22...its funny that I just brought a 24 oz and sat on the couch and I run across this thread I want a drink so bad
I did it brehs! I No longer have the urge to drink soda or most form of juices outside of cranberry juice. I get crazy energy even after a long, busy day at work. I No longer feel sluggish or tired.

ONLY Vodka straight.
No carbs, no sugar, no calories.
Just drink hella water and pop a multi before bed and your good.
I do it every Sunday. My rest day and use the alcohol as my "cheat meal" to unwind after training 6 days a week.
Never had a problem on Mondays. I wake up hangover free, ready for the gym. Doesn't hinder my gains.

Yea if you abuse it everyday on some "Intervention" shyt.
Once a week, a triple shot of vodka on the rocks, on a Sunday night after dinner?
Then sex and sleep after that?
