Breh I was just like you when I copped the game. Never played a souls series, heck never played a from soft game period. And I hadn't watch any gameplay videos on this game. I literally went in blind.

All I kept hearing was the buzz on this game and how great it is. So I bought it during the Black Friday sale and I created this thread

Bloodborne is AWESOME

Fun fact: this thread was called bloodborne is bullshyt initially

:salute: to those posters, they helped me through this game and I platinumed it along with the DLC.

One of the best game I've played and I've been playing games since snes era. And one of the most memorable games of all time for me.

Since then I've finished ds2 and ds3. Fun series.

This and dead space series. 2 of my all time favorites.

Good luck frustrating yourself, breh.

I threw that shyt in the bushes after like an hour :dead:

I play games for adventure, a great story and good graphics. I ain't about that "elite" gamer shyt. I guess you get a sense of accomplishment when you beat something very hard, but I don't need that. I look at games differently.

Maybe I'm turning into @LÍQUIDO :manny:

Try to run away and use the environment to pick them off one by one.

I feel like games are best at the easy to pick up but hard to master difficulties.

This having to learn 75 strategies for each room is annoying to me. Maybe when I was a teenager I'd be down but I'm cool with just playing a game that has a couple hard levels and moving on.

What does use the environment mean?

The axe sucks I wanna change my weapon how I do that
They stop following you at a certain point and turn around. You can try to exploit that. And if I remember correctly there's some stairs and/or ladder go up and try to catch them on their way up. Or try to catch them around corners. Things like that.

And once you've explored an area don't hesitate to run to the boss. You don't have to fight those dudes every time.

I don't think you can change your weapon without starting over

Starkset...
You can buy new weapons or find them in game. As you progress new weapons become available. No need to start over...
