Except, it's not really racial discrimination.
People get jobs based on skill (generally).
They treat knowing multiple languages as a skill, and if you don't have it, they don't want you.
It's like if you work for an international hedge fund and you're dealing with Japanese companies. If you don't at least understand some Japanese, why are you even there?
Except it is though... It's passive aggressive & hidden racism, especially when a country's de facto language is English(cut the f**king BS about the official language law. It a guise). Everyone knows that everyone not African-American is running game because Black American's maternal language is English. If Afro-descendants across the globe ran a global economy under a single language and the stipulations for participation in this economy were you had to be able to communicate it fluently(and be black, because that's what this really is about), EVERY culture on earth would lose their s**t and do everything in their power to sabotage or destroy black people to prevent it from happening.
