Publishing will be a different beast altogether, but he should get out of the contract with this.
The relief he's seeking due to "unjust enrichment" will be a different issue altogether though.

Wayne always sells more records than Kanye. He's been outselling Kanye for the past decade.

Since when does sales equal being the hottest in the game? Yeah Wayne has a lot of clones but none of em are as big as Ye’s clone, Drake. Yeah that same Drake who took Wayne’s shine when he went in for that bid and pat his ass on the back and wished him well.

Let us not forget, bang his main thing when he was inside too.

No this is purely based on what you said about who earns more.

Wayne does based solely on music....which is what relates to the contract. Wayne sells more.

I doubt the contract says they get Kanye West's sneaker sale earnings.

Drake didn't take shyt lol....Drake didn't become the biggest artist until 2013-2014.
Wayne never hated and always let Drake do him. Drake always says that.
Why wouldn't Wayne want Drake to have success?
Wayne has never been the hater type to stifle Drake or Nickis careers.
