Dude spent 13 million and nobody even knows the name of his clothing line. I understand his point though. Old cac dominated industries will never give a black person an equal seat at the table no matter how wealthy they are and he knew this going into it. Instead of begging them he would have been better served taking his money and opening up his own boutique stores around the country and selling his skinny jeans directly to the people.

People forget that not everyone is so consumed w/ being liked...it is actually about the art to some people. Its super rare in hip hop because everyone is a "hustler not a rapper".
Why would anyone want to think like everyone else? Everyone else is a critic, while a few people are actually doing. Its easy to say how so and so should behave when youre on the sidelines.
