kwahi leanord is playing 29 minutes per game, yet hes averaging 13 points 6.3 boards 2 assists , and not even shooting the ball ten times a game.

If he was pawg this pawg that taking nude photos and duckface photos, shooting 20 times a game, having baby mommas left and right and signing a max deal he'd get more praise

Pop says he's going to play more minutes than anyone on the roster in the postseason, should be interesting to see if he puts up #s like he did in the last couple games of the finals

We aint even mentioned Kawhi's rebounding either. Best rebounding small forward in the league on both the offensive and defensive glass and a lockdown defender

I live in texas homie. I've been catching lots spurs games lately (unfortunately) . He's not the number one or number two option breh:yeshrug:. Let's be real. He's a great young player and I could see him breaking out with more put on his plate but it's not comparable to being the first scoring option like PG is. Kawhi gets most of his points chilling in the corners. The spurs are extremely balanced. Other than Duncan and tony and ginobli when he's healthy, no one else is really being schemed on. Kawhi Patty mills and Danny green can all go for big numbers on any given night but they aren't first or second options . PG is playing on a squad with basically one other offensive threat (west). All I'm saying is that it's not comparable situations.
I don't think you watch him at all, talking about all he does is chill in the corners. :stopitslime: That's what he did last year. This year he's developed a complete offensive game. He hits from the top of the key, not just the corners now. And he's developed a nice mid-range game. His shooting is improved and he makes a lot happen in transition.

And people trying to downplay Kawhi by talking about how Mills and Green and flourishing in Pop's system, stop. They are but it's because they're both good shooters who get a lot of open looks. Kawhi is more than a jumpshooter...he can create his own offense.

I was just exaggerating but that is still a large part of his offense. All I'm saying is you can't compare what he's doing to what PG is doing. The Spurs system is so balanced and spread out lots of players get easier looks and opportunities to excel. I'm just being real. I don't even like PG but it's ok to be objective

He put the team on his back in the 4th last night and lead the offensive spark that put us up for good.

People overrate fg% by not taking into account the number of three's taken. When you factor in George making over an extra 3 a game, it bumps his real (efg%) up to a decent number. Leonard is still more efficient but he's also not the number one option and have people seen the team ball movement of the Spurs compared to the fukking Pacers?

Kawhi is developing nicely but for this season, George is still better.

:snoop: at dudes overrating my man Leonard. Just be patient.[DOUBLEPOST=1397340568][/DOUBLEPOST]
Lol at the 1st option crap, aint like teams are doubling or trapping george. He's not that type of offensive player
I know you don't believe this for a second. PG is the target of more defensive sets than Leonard, by quite a fair margin. Spurs fans would laugh this thread all the way to the bushes if PG was on their team in place of Kawhi.

Y'all don't get the point. It's not about who's doing more, it's that Leonard and George are on the same level. PG is not better than him because he has to do more.

If he continues to develop his handle he will become a perennial all-star.[DOUBLEPOST=1397341873][/DOUBLEPOST]
if you put George in that role, he would outperform Kawai. Almost the same level defensively, and better offensively.

George is a better player.

I agree, George is the better player in part because he has a better handle which allows him to create for himself and for others.
